Nathalie’s passion for real estate began in the early 90s as she bought, renovated and sold her own properties. All the while, developing her skills, first as a journalist, then as a manager and negotiator of community development projects and politics, she realized her unique set of skills could serve her well in real estate. In 2003, Nathalie jumped into the booming Montreal condo development and construction world and never looked back. As real estate broker, she specialized in residential, commercial, rental, condominium and multi-unit properties. From 2014-2020, she managed a condo sales office in Montreal, negotiating close to 100 condo transactions a year.
Nathalie is appreciated for her rigour, efficiency, communication and negotiating skills, market knowledge and her approachable nature. As a buyer and seller of homes herself, Nathalie is acutely aware of the stress and emotion involved in buying or selling a home.
