This spacious bungalow is situated at the corner of the street. The land is big and triangulare with hedges surrounding the area providing privacy. In the backyard, there is a little corner designated to be a children's little playground oasis. The living room on the ground floor is spacious with an open concept kitchen with a dinette. Three good sized bedrooms can also be found on the first floor. The bedroom in the basement is spacious along with the family room adjacent to it. Their is also a bathroom in the basement.


- Any offer is conditional upon a credit, criminal check, proof of employment and reference check
to the acceptance of the owner.
- The potential tenant must provide proof of tenant insurance/ civil liability (2 million) before
obtaining the keys.
- Minimum 1 year rental.
- No pets
- No smoking allowed be it cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, non is acceptable.
- Tenant/tenants responsible to return the house in the same condition as it was received the
first day it was rented. No dislocating of objects already installed in the house like doors,
screen, windows and etc...
-No commercial activity is allowed, this rental is purely for residential use only.
- The Shed is not included in the lease. The owner will have access to the shed.
- The Solarium is also not included in the lease. The landlord will not be responsible to maintain or to repair the solarium.
- The dishwasher is not included in the rent.
- The gazebo is not included in the rent. If it breaks the landlord will not repair it.
