The monthly rent for the leased premises is fixed at $2250. The Lessee shall, however, benefit
from a temporary discount of $375 per month during the first 12 months of the lease term, reducing the effective rent payable to $1875 per month for that period. At the end of the 12-month period,the rent shall automatically revert to the base rent of $2250 per month, without further notice or adjustment.
