Ms. Felton has worked in real estate since 1988. A Certified Real Estate Broker as well as DA, she has been the director of a RE / MAX office in Eastern Townships for 8 years as well as a coach for real estate brokers within a recognized banner in the field.

Ms. Felton has also served on several Boards of Directors including Vice-President for the Caisse Desjardins du Lac Memphremagog for 19 years, The Magog-Orford Chamber of Commerce and Industry for 9 years including 2 as President, La Traversée Internationale du Lac Memphrémagog as vice-president of public relations for 10 years, Advisory Committee of the National Bank representing the Magog region, President of the Optimist Club of Magog 1992-1993.
