Immediate occupancy for rent:

1) The tenant agrees to do the credit check and the results must be satisfactory to the lessor.
2) The tenant will obtain a liability insurance of 2 million dollars and give a copy to the lessors before the date of occupancy
3) The tenant is not allowed to paint the condo without the permission of the landlords
4) No animals, no smoking and no cannabis (smoking, cooking the plantation.
5) Air B & B and subletting are not allowed
6) The tenant respects the rules and regulations of the building

Security deposit required: One months rent
