The lease is conditional upon the full satisfaction of the landlord based on the following reports:

1. Employment Verification: A letter of employment (including salary, position, start date, and employment status) along with the most recent pay stub showing cumulative earnings to date.

Upon Offer Acceptance (Next Steps):
4. Deposit: Tenant agrees to provide the initial payment via e-transfer to Remax Platine in trust within 48 hours.

6. Utility Transfer: Confirmation letter from Hydro-Québec confirming account transfer.
