At the signing of the lease, the tenant must provide proof of the Hydro account transfer to their name and tenant liability insurance of two million dollars ($2,000,000).

Upon the offer to lease:
The lessee must provide a credit check, an employer reference letter, the contact information of the previous landlord (if applicable), and three pay stubs.

One animal may be permitted at the lessor's discretion. Any damages caused by the animal will be at the tenant's expense.

It is forbidden to grow or smoke any substance on the premises for the entire duration of the lease (cannabis, tobacco, cigarettes, vaping).
