Camping La Clé des Champs is a 5-star campground offering a peaceful, safe, and well-maintained environment. With quality amenities, a variety of recreational activities, and a welcoming atmosphere, it is the perfect place to enjoy the camping season with family and friends.

1. Buyers must be 45 years of age or older and have no dependent children.
2. RVs must be less than 10 years old.
3. Park model homes are not permitted.
4. The campground allows a maximum of 25 destination trailers, and the office must be contacted to confirm whether the quota for the current season has already been reached.
5. All rentals must be approved and managed by the campground office, including the determination of rental rates.
6. The transfer of ownership must be completed through the notary designated by the campground. An OACIQ Promise to Purchase is not required, as the campground office uses its own sales agreement.
