The clapboard house features original wide-plank flooring and woodwork, large windows and gentle modern touches.

Old-world charm has been enhanced over the years, including a new roof, wiring and heat pump in 2015.

A great hall was built (also in 2015) to create a magnificent music salon. With its natural oak floor, pine ceiling, stone fireplace, sumptuous acoustics and sunset views, the possibilities are endless for this space.

The original post and beam barn is still in use, providing open access to a horse, goat, and small herd of heritage cattle. A chicken coop occupies one end. Wiring was updated in 2014.
A gorgeous former ice house completes the trio of buildings, used as a rehearsal space during the summer and for reflective contemplation spring and fall!

The 12 acre field is fenced in. Above the field and farmyard: a forest with many species of hardwood trees, including hickory, butternut and black walnut.

Sit under the branches of the nearly 300-year-old maple tree in the front yard and daydream as generations have before you. Or walk up to the top of the property on a clear day and gaze at the view accross the St. Lawrence Valley.
